PHEARLESS

PHEARLESS. An event that was inspired by the idea of pulling peers from all over the country to discuss leadership and development in a corporate setting. This event wasn’t organized to be numerous conferences, followed by. a few breakout sessions and then everyone gets to go home. PHEARLESS was a 3-day event, consisting of team building, problem solving, and tons of peer to peer development. This being my first major corporate event, I was very lucky to have the support that I did in order to get myself situated and prepared in order to properly support the organizers. Tamaya Resort in Bernalillo, New Mexico was also a major supporter that pushed my information to the organizers in order to even get considered to help shoot the event, too. Though there is only a handful of moments captured here, these pictures do no justice for the experience that this event had not only on me, but my personal and professional development as well.
